The Halloween Costume Count

As you may know, every autumn the Cornell Lab of Ornithology has a feeder count.  You count all the different species of birds who show up at your feeder every five days.

Every year, in the same spirit, I like to do a Halloween Pop-Culture Barometer Costume Count.  And I invite you all to join me.  Just make a list of what the kids in your neighborhood are wearing this year.

I've noticed, in general, superheroes and princesses tend to top the list; usually with one superhero especially popular each year but without a specific princess taking the lead.
