Anyone else remember this toy?

When I was a kid in the '60s, I recall a commercial for this toy where you fired darts or something at a miniature Yosemite Sam-type gunslinger.  If you hit him in just the right place, his pants would fall down!

The commercial featured an Indian (Iron Eyes Cody?).
