Bury Comments

Comments that get a score of -3 or less will now be turned into gibberish and a red alert will be displayed saying that the community has buried it. We'll see how it works out and if we'll need to increase the threshold.

I'm working on getting it working for actual forum topics, so the whole topic is collapsed. That one might take a while though.

In keeping with the hands-off theme of Cranky 1.0, however, might I humbly suggest the threshold be raised much higher, say to 10? Either that, or let us set the threshold for ourselves - I don't think there's a technical reason we couldn't each set our own threshold.
