Could The Site Have A Messaging Function?

Which would allow one member to message another member if you wish to communicate with that member without going public on the site? Excuse me if the site already has this and I missed it.

Each user should have a contact form. Just click on their name in one of their comments/posts, and then click the contact tab.

Let me know if it doesn't work correctly.
