Obama leads McCain by 14 points in CBS poll. Bye Bye GOP fascists!

This poll is from the NY Times and CBS:

The McCain campaign’s recent angry tone and sharply personal attacks on Senator Barack Obama appear to have backfired and tarnished Senator John McCain more than their intended target, the latest New York Times/CBS News poll has found.

Over all, the poll found that if the election were held today, 53 percent of those determined to be probable voters said they would vote for Mr. Obama and 39 percent said they would vote for Mr. McCain.

McLame's doomed campaign is dead in the water.

A large part of that can be attributed to the hateful, race-baiting shrew that the bumbling fool chose as his running mate....

I'm wondering what other women he could have chosen...

...for a running mate.  Again I assume it would have to be someone with no Bush supporting congressional record.

People at Palin rallies have been yelling for the death of Obama

Dan_in_Cincinnati's picture

Palin has been calling Obama a terrorist.  Her brain dead fans react to that and literally want to lynch Obama.

Shame on McCain for selecting such an idiot.

The lynch mob mentality of thier rallies is astonishing

I don't buy McCain's stance that it was unintentional

Well I get the strategy of association with terrorism...

...the guys got a double whammy for a name, the Obama sounds like Osama, and Hussein.  In high school we had a guy who's last name was Hussein, the guy was very popular, a great athelete, nobody had issues with him.  I can only assume there are many people in the U.S. that have the name Hussein.  Moreso, it's not the name of a person that mtters, but what they do.  It's quite unfortunate that McCain would take the crossing of paths of two people, and try to link them together in a terrorism sort of way.  Also, what about Bill Ayres reputation?  You're basically trashing his rep as well.  It suprises me that people were yelling, "kill him," at the rallies this is something I thought would have come to a head much earlier.  But a week or so ago Palin was saying that Obama 'pals around with terrorists.'  That's pushing it big time.

Bush, McCain, Lieberman associate with Cuban-American terrorists

One of the few things I don't like about Miami are the reactionary Cuban-Americans who have so much political clout here.  I can understand why anyone who came here from Cuba might hate the Castro brothers.  But no way can I condone how some of them have turned that hatred into violent acts including bombings and other acts of murder.

Slate magazine has a very good article on this and how the GOP has winked at these terrorist acts in order to get Cuban-American votes.
