I uploaded a profile picture, then I changed it to another one, but the small pic next to my name under cranky bloggers hasn't changed to the new one yet.

I would refresh your browsers cache. Usually done with ctrl-F5. See what happens.

I like that we're able to see them on each of our posts. Something I was just thinking of suggesting.
