America has been doing it to the citizens of other countries for years, so it's only fitting that it gives back to some of its own. And their children.

I would expect that soon the government will be cutting up and eating its own citizens while it wears klown makeup. The only unfortunate thing about it is that the government won't be smart enough to grind up the remains for food for the citizens it starves.
