What happened to the "Recent Comments" column on the right of the homepage?
I thought that was a good feature
If the subject lines were funny maybe some lurkers would click on them and start making posts. We need new blood here.

It was a neat feature.
As for posters, I wouldn't mind seeing more of them; lib, con, old, new, sane, nuts, daffy, dopey, nice, nasty, retarded, erudite, goofy, serious or even grundle.
