"When the closure of a railway is announced, employees commandeer a locomotive to get to corporate headquarters and confront the president." Yeah, whatever. The trailer is sweet! www.oldies.com/product-view/5238GD.html
In "real life" he was a rancher, rodeo rider, and blacksmith. He was a bodyguard for Howard Hughes in the 1950's. Brimley also served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the end of the Korean war.
He did something in Canada back in the '80s, but I can't find anything on it. Or, perhaps it's my imagination.

It wasn't Willie. It was the skinny Wilford Brimley, but damned if I can remember his name. He was a train robber in Canada (I think), had a sweetheart of a girlfriend, and blah blah blah.
Now if I could just find it...

Okay okay, I take it back, I take it back!
