03/19/08: I read that the NRA DIDNT want this case to go to the Supreme Court

That's right they DONT. I guess they figure it might open a big can of worms. Apparently libertarians pushed this case not the NRA.

I dont know, seems the country culture is solidly pro-gun these days, and the Supreme Court has two new solid conservatives as well. I cannot see things going too badly for the NRA here.
