I admit I have a perverse attraction to dystopian futures (maybe they make the increasingly dystopian present seem less terrible) and a soft spot for Gilliam in general, but all the same - although it's not the compelling film Brazil was, I think it deserves a better rating than the minimum negative on this site of "almost tolerable."
