1. Because a tiny dog would be effeminate. 2. This has been done. See Seth Green's rant in the Austin Powers movies. 3. Why wouldn't they? It's not like their casting John C. Reilly, or William Macy or Ned Beatty as James Bond. when they have a hideous actor playing Bond, I have a problem with women sleeping with him shortly after meeting him. 4. Coaster's response covers this perfectly. 5. Agree. 6. Doesn't strike me as excessive use. 7. N/A 8. Ice Town. Retired MI6 agents end up in a special State sponsored retirement home, lest they start to let info slip as their brains turn to pudding. Suddenly, these retired agents show up doing high profile assasinations. An aging JB goes to home to visit old friends (including Ms. Moneypenny) and finds there is somekind of mind control shenanigans going on, but still ends up bedding a much younger doctor providing care at the facility.
