he did complete his masterpiece at the end because there were two bodies.....gwyneth and the guy who killed her....u see morgan freeman said at the end to brad pitt..."if u kill him he wins" that's because he completed his masterpiece...the murderer killed gwyneth because of envy for brad pitt...brad pitt killed the murderer because of wrath...so the 7 sins are completed.
