Loveline is on 92.3 K-Rock in New York (Howard Stern's home station) at some time at night.
Not that anyone is reading this thread anymore, but I was overjoyed at the well deserved MTV bashing. I've built up a deep hate for this channel for years now, and I knew I wasn't the only one. Who likes this dumb channel? Who's in charge over there?
According to MTV, the only music that's worth playing is Rap and R&B. They've successfully alienated millions of rock/hard rock/heavy metal fans by entirely ignoring that music category. At least it seems so, every time I hurriedly pass by that channel while surfing I catch a glimpse of a black guy yelling at me, or a black girl acting like she's the sexiest person to ever walk the Earth and the rest of us are all useless no good pieces of shit who have no right to share the planet with her.
Maybe it's MTV's way of kissing up now because when they first started they'd usually not play music from black artists. Which I didn't like, because at that time I liked rap and R&B. Now I hate it because the cow-tow media shoves it down our throats with a glass of sandpaper. Can you say Lauryn Hill? I'm sure you can, in your sleep, because she was nominated for 75 grammys and won 260. Overkill? Pandering? Yeah.
The only people who probably watch MTV, I'm guessing, are mostly young teeny bopper girls who want to see the latest fashion and somehow want to be like thier parents who used to watch it when it was actually cool. They also want to learn how to act really fucking stupid, like Jessie, because acting stupid, drugged out, illiterate, and sarcastic is now the in thing. The dumb teeny boppers are being brainwashed to think that rap and R&B is the only acceptable music and hard rock is for white people, and white people are uncool in the 90's. Thank god real rock is making a comeback.
One thing, the Tom Green show is hilarious.
