The movie is not titled as such b/c of a carton off 200 cigarettes, simply a carton. ALL cartons have 10 packs, ALL packs have 20 cigarettes, therefore ALL cartons have 200 cigarettes there was nothing special about the movie doing that except for the purpose of making the title more interesting then the movie, and trying to compensate for being sad enough to put Courtney Love in the cast.
