Today I found out that the second person in the last 5 months hired to be my boss since the guy who hired me quit, quit before he even started. This has happened TWICE in a row now and what it means is that for the last 5 months I've been the head of the department, yet I'm still getting all the respect and pay of a project manager. I'm getting really fucking sick of putting in the hours and effort and being told "we'll take care of you soon" and getting NOTHING!
