All the really good monsters and treasure chests are camped 24/7. Most of these campers don't even interact with anyone, they either just wait silently for the monster or item to respawn, or even worse, they log off and then log back on seconds before the spawn - they have them timed. In some areas players accept waiting in line for a popular quest item to reappear, the professional campers will never let anyone get a chance at it, and if confronted about it they blow you off saying they are doing this for REAL money. The developers have removed nearly all of the good treasure chests to stop this, but now the campers just hang out in dungeons where the really rich monsters hang out to get loot off of them, and the other players have one less source for good loot.
