Did you mean Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde? Baron von Frankenstein is probably an 18th century character. But his Monster would be a good addition to the League.
As for the woman, the comic book graphic novel sez she put together the League. Then Hollywood fornicated up the whole nifty concept.
