Tarantino with a dash of Altman??? Hardly. I'm sick and freakin' tired of hipster-cum-gangster flicks that profess to be everything they're not. And '2 Days' was certainly no exception. Spader, Stoltz, Jeff Daniels (WHAT??? THE DUMB AND DUMBER GUY???) and a mousey, more-irritating-than-usual Teri Hatcher could do little to save this flick from a heaping helping of self-indulging embarassments (Stoltz' erection, ice in Spader's pants, Daniels' golf course tirade that went. . . nowhere.) And what the hell is that blonde actress about? She was supposedly worth the price of the movie ticket alone. Hardly!!! (She sure looked good, though).
