Nah, there's no way the military would lie about torturing suspects. Nope. So obviously the confession was made freely.

Oh, wait. He's an American citizen. I wonder if he was tortured too. It's gonna be hard to tell though, since the government lost critical evidence obtained during his interview. Talk about missing tapes.

Isn't it funny how America always seems to misplace critical evidence by claiming it was "lost". Or erased. Perhaps they should torture a few more citizens just to find out what really happened.
