Once the record lsbel makes that deal with say, Viacom, or another TV subsidary/independentcrapIavenoideabusinesswisewhatthatmean s. There must be a copyright on the visual version of the song. Though it may have been directed and filmed by the group itself, the actual aired piece has the above info tacked on, and if this appears on the youtube video, or is found out to be aired by viacom some in other way, the stuff has the legal right to be pulled.
If however, the uploading, youtube, user, makes there own video with clips from other shows, and/or cartoons, it's up for grabs I guess.
