Brits invented escalators so no one would laugh at the way they walk. You know, that sort of twit-like walk that Monty Python made fun of.
I don't know how our forefathers brought themselves to shoot Brits in the Revolutionary War. If I saw columns of twits advancing toward me I'd break out in spasms of laughter.
Brits are almost as funny as Canadians.
