I'm sure that Edwards, as a plaintiffs attorney worked on a contingency fee basis & pockted a lot of $$ while winning numerous high malpractica verdicts. Again, I see nothing wrong with this. It's an attorney's job to work in his client's best interests. It's also an attorney's job to set reasonable attorney's fees, and I'm sure that Edwards contingency fee was set at a reasonable rate. The fact that he got so much $$ personally reflects that he represented his clients well.
