I haven't seen the footage of his comments, and from what I've heard, there may actually be 2 different sets of comments. What I've heard is that he was defending the comments (harassment) of his players by saying that the female player was really bad & thus deserved it. If that's what he said, the action was certainly warranted as these comments were extremely inappropriate given the gravity of the charges brought. I'm assuming that this is at least the implication given by the media b/c he is saying that his comments were taken out of context and the wrong way. I guess he is saying that he was merely commenting that she was a bad player & that these comments were unrelated to the charges? If that's correct, he didn't deserve what he got. Did anyone see the footage?
