You mean the Leak District! WELCOME TO SELLAFIELD (originally known as Windscale (nuclear plant) but after a few dozen leaks they improved their name. Seriously, it is common knowledge in Britain that Sellafield is not a very healthy place (imagine 'Edge Of Darkness'-like scandals), making the Irish Sea into the most radio-active sea in the world.
