The body is found no more than 5km from where she lived. In a park where she frequently went jogging. Nearby are found articles of clothing consistent with someone who was jogging at the time they met their end. The remains have been there for "some time".
Either the DC Police Chief is Clancy Wiggum, or SOMEBODY told the cops where 'not' to look.....
