01/02/03: GTA:Vice City question.

How the hell do you beat this game? I've finished all the story missions on the map...all I've got left are lameass little Ice Cream truck, Car Dealership, and Taxicab missions, stuff like that.

Does this game *have* an ending? Or do you have to beat absolutely everything? Or am I just missing the next place I'm supposed to go?
