I'm sorry...maybe it's not as great or the original Alien or the sequel, but it's sure as hell a whole lot better than Alien 3!!! After that humorless, depressing piece of crap, I was glad to see Ripley back, joking, fighting and using a flamethrower again! Sure, maybe it wasn't as inventive as it couldn't been, but I loved the fact that Ripley is part-human, part-alien now! She ruled that movie and showed everyone how sci-fi should be done! Most of all, I think they showed if they come up with a good script and USE THEIR IMAGINATION, the Alien franchise isn't dead. In fact, I bet they're planning the fifth one as we speak...hopefully with Sigourney. E-Mail me with comments!
