perhaps the action sequences and the ironic dialogue are really good, but i must confess that i'm an Alien 2 fan. James Cameron's direction was excellent since the Aliens are slowly showing themselves up. In fact, that way of trapping the crew in which the only way out, that is, the ship, is destroyed, was pretty good since it was the first time it was used. Naturaly, almost every terror sci-fi movie uses that excuse now, but by 1986 it was pretty innovative i say. Besides, Cameron incorporated weaponry and military. And that girl which survived is an excellent element which, again, it's used by hollywood in many movies. I'm sorry, phuctup, but Alien 2 is one of the best sequels i've seen and definitely the best Alien movie. after this one is the first one, then the fourth one, and finally, the 3rd one which i found simply horrible.
