I can't believe I actually sat through an episode to see what it was like. Got an extreme headache watching it. Why? Why? Why did they have to do that to "Ghostbusters"?? The Filmation cartoon (which came out like a month or 2 before "The Real Ghostbusters") with the talking bat and the gorilla was more respectful... actually, that cartoon was based on a very short-lived 70's sitcom called "The Ghost Busters". No, I am not making this up. I work in a video store & we have a tape with some of the old episodes. It was like '75 or something. LAME! I actually kinda liked the Filmation cartoon. When I was a kid, I had all the toys--except the car. I had the "Real Ghostbuisters" car instead.
Hey, anyone out there remember the Filmation cartoon?
My favorite characters were the talking skull phone and Mysteria (both of whom were NOT in the original 70's series).
