Are you arguing for a choice of lesser evils?
The Oscars should eliminate the Best Song category all together. Among all the elements to praise in a movie, I'm sure you can find something else more worthy of giving an award to (best opening title sequence? Best closing credits? Best animal trainer? Best casting? Best sex scene specialist/consultant? Best driver? Best caterer? Best Best Boy?).
