A: He's been an enemy of the US for half a century. B: People have been using extreme measures to flee the opression of his regime for years. C: Cuba is only 90 miles from Key West, which contains four military bases. D: Everybody knows who Castro is. Fox news can just run the name "Fidel" on its ticker and 80% of people would be supporting the war. E: Fidel has the crazy dictator look that Sadaam does/had. F: They have a small military.
But then there is point G which nulls out the rest of them: Cigars don't generate as much revenue as oil.
Nuff said.
