I was laid off on 04/04, without warning. My contract under section 11 says that I have to be notified to within 5 days of contract termination. I recieved this 5 days notice in a letter today, and the letter was dated 04/07 - after I my contract had already been terminated. Doesn't it have to be prior noticification?
