Were not stupid enough to take out 400000 dollar mortgages on flexible rate and no principal loans. The only people being burned are the wildcatters and speculators trying to flip and make a fast buck. Anyone dumb enough or greedy enough to take flexy rate loan get what they deserve. I'm locked in at 4.75 percent, so excuse me while i flip the bird at all the losers whining and wanting yet another government hand out for their own stupidity. I hope the entire market crashes so all of us neocons who planned ahead can get some easy pickins.
