Cop pulls over guy, tazers him etc. Who's side are you on?
I go with the cop. The cop seems kind of like a retarded dick, but, you have to do what the cop says.
Also, what he was getting him to sign apparantly wasn't an admission of guilt or anything, just agreeing to appear in court, where he could contest the ticket if he wanted.
