It seems to me that most of the people who call "Miss Cleo" are people who genuinely need someone to talk to, someone to tell them what they want to hear, someone to let them know that everything will be alright. Hell, a lot of them probably don't even really believe in the psychic stuff, they just need someone on the other end on the line who they think they can trust. After reading that article, I hope that Missouri actually can put Cleo et al out of business - they're taking serious advantage of people who actually need help in their lives...
