Ellen Burstyn's performance was 10,000 times better than Julia's performance. Julia's a good actress, but overrated. She merely won because of her popularity. I doubt that you saw all of the performances among the actresses nominated. I thought Laura Linney was also better than Julia. The blow job line on the other hand...I don't think she ad- libbed that considering that she had a problem merely cursing in her role as Erin. OSCARS ARE OVERRATED.
