11/18/01: **********************QUESTION FOR MR CRANKY THAT HE WONT ANSWER***********

Posted By: joey

All films have certain mistakes on it, some more obvious than others such as in "Hallween 20 Years After" when Jimmy searches around in the kitchen the refrigerator lights are working even though the power is out; however, Mr. Cranky's review of Jaws mentions that why didn't they simply run away, such as the review of Aliens, if the lead characters simply got a scare ran away I think it would make the films alot let fun to watch, dont you think? So when such films as Casablanca, The Exorcist, Jaws, The Silence of the Lambs, Halloween, Titanic, Saving Private Ryan, and The Green Mile are simply not worth watching according to Mr. Cranky I would like to know what is Mr. Cranky's personal favorite movie, that movie that he watches at home and thinks is great. Since obviously none of the ones I mentioned there are any good which one is his favorite? The best film critics of all time don't seem to share your opinion Mr. Cranky. I see that there can be a comedic part to a review but at times there should be a serious review. I don't want any of the readers to post comments that are offensive since I will only be reading those of well educated people who are at my level, I wont bother reading the comments of the readers that seem to be written by 5 year olds on crack. I think that since Mr. Cranky is so "brilliant" and even Casablanca is a dull film for him then perhaps he should write a movie of his own and thrill us all with what would have to be the best movie of all time since he does not appreciate any of the best films then Mr. Cranky's own film must be better than Citizen Kane or Casablance I am assuming.
