While I do agree with Fred, that a bad movie is best ignored, I must also agree with Beast in this instance. As a student of history, *I* am aware that the Russian Revolution was the product of many, many factors . . . but my sister, who isn't, wasn't. I don't think that this was a story that *needed* animating, and it *definitely* didn't need to be set in that place or time. While it might have lost some of the audience, it would probably have been better for the overall education of our youth had it been set as a fairytale rather than a historical event.
