This guy from Norwalk,Ohio named Hayward Bissell went on a killing rampage in Alabama! He's a 400-pound nutcase. Apparently,he murdered his girlfriend,then took her corpse along for the rampage. He dragged some guy with his truck, then down the road,he stabbed another guy to death,along with his two Labradors. When the cops stopped him,they saw his girlfriend's corpse-seat belt on,heart cut out, one leg severed at the knee and one hand at the wrist. Also,her eyes were gouged out and shoved into her skull. Bissell claimed to be a member of the Secret Service,and his girlfriend was a double agent. Bissell is said to be severely paranoid,and also hearing voices.
