(Please note the last time I used this technique was in high school, but it really worked on my puny, stumpy lashes)
Get your hair dryer and blow on outside of the little metal strip for about fifteen seconds. Use it immeadiately afterwards and it's like a mini curling iron.
Speaking of which, that's the beauty aid I hate the most. Ever grabbed the wrong end when it's on? Don't do that.
