His son, or whatever? Father passing the mantle (and future film franchise) onto the son? If so, why did they not cast an actor who can conceivably pull off the action- hero thing? I'll give him a chance if this is the case, but perhaps an actor more along the lines of a Ryan Reynolds might have been a better choice?
