... although is it really necessary to have a sequel (let alone 2) to the Matrix? i thought it was pretty straight forward what was going to happen next.. (The One would lead everyone to the promised land and claim back the real world).. It'll be interesting to see what happens.. I'll at least go see the second film to see how they expand the story (if at all)..
I'd love to see Lord of the Rings FINALLY make it to the big screen, and yet, i have my doubts about a successful translation from novel to film...but if they DO do a good job, i think LoTR would make back it's money in spades.. (because i KNOW that all of the fans of the books would flock to see this film, and most likely see it 2 or 3 times at least..if it's done decently)
And.... Sean Astin? Are you serious?
