See otm, its simple. Get a job first, actually show up for work, dont be stoned like you lefties seem to constantly be from your posts here, work hard, make the company some money, a viola, raises happen. Actually between wage and bonus money my wages from 2000 to 1008 increased about 40 percent. Sorry you peoples poets and welfare queens have not figured out capitalism yet.
