Check out a thread on Free Republic or a similar site sometime where they discuss one of those stories out of a Moslem country about a woman being stoned for adultery or some such. You'll get two camps arguing back and forth. One side will say that stoning adulterers is a really cool idea and that the US should start doing it. The other side will say that it's a bad idea because...well...those people aren't Christians! Nobody says it's cruel, stupid, medieval, or anything like that.
