McCain Wins: America goes bankrupt as low taxes combined with a foreign war, and the world's low regard for anybody stupid enough to still vote Republican after the last eight years leave the country too poor to maintain itself.
Roads will crumble, blackouts will become more common, and the Democratic Congress and Senate will blame the president while doing sweet bugger all about any of it.
This is because to hurt the country is less of a crime to any politician in any party than to hurt their own chances in an election.
Hillary wins: Hillary's policies mostly land in deadlock. Her foreign policy becomes a case view for how to screw up a semi-decent policy by just plain being objectionable.
Black America will turn on the Democrats, and the Republicans will retake both the Congress and the Senate by the end of Hillary's first term. A second term will be unlikely, due to Hillary's base being thoroughly scorned by the youth vote which will just keep chanting "told you so" every time Hillary stuffs up.
Obama wins: Unknown. Seriously, he could just pull off what he says he wants, or he could prove to be pretty much like Hillary, with the older vote chanting "I told you so" every time Obama stuffs up.
