All I can say is what were they smoking when this film was being made. They must have given out some good drugs to the three actors involved with this project. All three on their own could have carried any other movie. I don't know about anyone else, but the whole idea of someone holding the weather hostage was so lame, not to mention the whole cloning storyline. If you ask me, the only thing half-way decent in this movie are the actor's wardrobe...although Uma is striking in her catsuit, seeing her prance around in it doesn't truly make up the price of admission in my book. In fact the whole story line seems like some weird drug trip
