The resolution to authorize the president to use force against Iraq back in October, passed by nearly 75% in a an evenly split (by party) Senate. And all those Senators have access to the same intel as the president.
As stupid as the Blowjob-Gate was, the Repubs has purgery to charge Clinton with.
The only evidence against Bush is the Nigerian uranium. And that's not a chargeble, that was poor intel that he should never have used in a public address, but he did because he was trying to gain public support. It was error not a lie and his political opposition is making him pay for that error. But legally there's nothing there.
I'm not speaking in support or against the war, just trying to answer the question to the best of my knowledge.
