One of my fave non-Harley bits from the Batman Animated Series. A show that has not only done the legend justice, but kept it alive.
In any decent Universe, however. Joel Shuemacher would be tarred feathered, tied to a piece f driftwood with a bucket of chum at each end, and set out to drift in the shark infested waters of the Pacific.
