The victim wanted to be killed and the killer only killed someone who consented to being killed. I mean geez, even after getting his dick lopped off, the "victim" kept going with it. Sure, they're both sick fucks but it's not like they were taking their fetishes out on an innocent to realize their desires.
I don't see it as nearly as bad a crime as taking someone's life against their will...
